Fulton Street Revitalization Plan

The City of New York has undertaken a significant revitalization program to attract and improve the retail quality of Fulton Street in Lower Manhattan. Fulton Street is one of the few east west connections across this part of Manhattan and will serve as the primary link between the revitalized World Trade Center and the South Street Seaport.
