Protection of Intellectual Property Rights is central to any design profession. The AIA B101 Owner/Architect contact states: “The Architect and the Architect’s consultants shall be deemed the authors and owners of their respective Instruments of Service, including the drawings and specifications, and shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including copyrights.”

The event will be a round table discussion to understand legal terms and concepts central to this clause.
