Experience a comfortable and unique trip through the Hudson, East and Harlem Rivers.  Sit back and enjoy the gorgeous 360-degree view of the island from the climate-controlled and enclosed back-deck observatory or wander to the outer decks for fresh air & sunlight with a glass of wine in hand. (Guests are treated to a complimentary beverage from the bar & light hors d' oeuvres).

• New stars of the skyline: Frank Gehry’s 8 Spruce St. apartment tower and the rapidly rising 1 World Trade Center.

• New waterfront developments, including Governor’s Island, Brooklyn Bridge Park and other ecologically driven park designs, as well as new housing on former industrial sites like the Domino Sugar refinery in Williamsburg.

• Classic icons of Lower Manhattan such as Cass Gilbert’s U.S. Custom House and Woolworth Building, and Art Deco skyscrapers that competed with the Chrysler Building for tallest-building honors.

• East River residential enclaves and landmarks, from Stuyvesant Town to Waterside Plaza, Tudor City to the United Nations complex, Gracie Mansion to Asphalt Green.
