Current market conditions have drastically altered the architectural profession, transforming the way design professionals view the built environment. At The Future Now Summit, a day-long conference, participants will investigate the evolving roles of marketing/branding, social technologies, diverse business models, and civic leadership within the architectural industry. Working in teams, summit participants will consider the roles of marketing/branding, social technologies, evolving business models, and civic leadership in the contemporary architecture industry. Summit presenters and AIA Fellows will circulate between groups, facilitating discussion. Each team will produce a set of deliverables, which will then be presented to all conference attendees.

Ideas generated throughout the day-long summit will be preserved in blog and digital format publication thanks to the American Institute of Architects 2012 Component Assistance Leadership Grant Program.

6:00-6:15 PM: Closing Remarks
